Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
GraceVault is run by Frontcube LLC, a company registered in Delaware, United States (2035 Sunset Lake Road, Newark, DE 19702). This page explains what personal data we collect when you visit gracevault.com or buy from us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
What we collect
When you buy something. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record for every order (more on that below). After a purchase, Lemon Squeezy shares with us your name, email address, country and what you bought. We never see your card or bank details.
When you join our email list. If you subscribe with the form on our site, we store your email address.
When you send feedback. If you fill in the feedback form, we store your answers with your email address and first name. We only show your words and first name on our site if you tick the box that allows it.
When you email us. We keep the messages you send so we can reply and help with your order.
When you browse the site. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic technical data (such as your browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Our own website does not set cookies and does not track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought, send receipts and help if a download doesn't work. This is necessary to fulfil your order.
- To tell you about updates to templates you bought, and occasionally about new products similar to the ones you bought. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time with the link in each one.
- To send our newsletter, only if you asked for it.
- To improve our templates using your feedback, and to show your review on our site if you allowed it.
- To show short, anonymous notices of recent purchases on our site, such as "Someone in the United Kingdom bought Piano Musical Note Templates". These use only the product and your country, never your name or email.
- To keep financial records required by tax and accounting law.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising on other sites.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, each of which only processes your data to provide its service to us:
- Lemon Squeezy (payments, tax, invoices and file delivery). Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for your purchase, which means it is the seller on your receipt and handles your payment and order data under its own privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. The checkout window it opens on our site uses its own cookies to complete your payment.
- Encharge (email lists and sending email).
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security).
- YouTube and Spotlightr (product videos). A YouTube video only loads when you press play; from then on, YouTube may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
These providers may store data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, they use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for those transfers.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
How long we keep it
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to seven years.
- Email list data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Support emails: up to two years after your last message.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the EU and UK and under California law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and send you a copy
- Correct data that is wrong
- Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law (for example, order records)
- Stop using your data for marketing, which you can also do with the unsubscribe link in any email
To make a request, email [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our products aren't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also tell customers by email.
